Pricing questions
- What does the free plan include?
- Unlimited boards, unlimited requests, votes and comments, a public roadmap, a changelog, email notifications, and your own logo and colors. No credit card is needed.
- What does Pro include?
- Pro is $2/mo. It adds private, invite-only boards, a custom domain, custom CSS, and removes the "Powered by Say Toucan" footer. One subscription covers all the boards on your account.
- Is Pro priced per board, per seat or per user?
- None of these. Pro is one flat price per account. You can run as many boards as you want on one subscription.
- Is there a limit on voters or requests?
- No. Neither plan limits the number of voters, requests, votes or comments.
- How do I upgrade or cancel?
- Open any board's Settings and choose Upgrade to Pro. Payment goes through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Account page, and your boards stay online on the free plan.
- Is there a trial?
- There is no trial because the free plan has no time limit. Start free and upgrade only if you need a Pro feature.
