Improve "Low Disk Space" warning

When the "Low Disk Space" popup happens, give me some easy options to fix it. I don't want to go into the settings menu and change the slider for how many hours to store; I just want a one-tap solution that automatically adjusts the settings so I stop running out of disk space. Give me three options: 1. Low video quality 2. Lower the number of hours saved on device 3. Decide later
